Summer Speedo Cleanse: Part 3

Almost 24 hours into the cleanse and we are feeling fine.  A bit low energy but overall fine.

The lunch item for the cleanse is quite good.  Lots of flavorful vegetables and certainly lots of color.  Beet, Avocado and Arugula Salad with Sunflower Seeds
